Designation Director Product Management
Job Description In this role, you will be responsible for developing and operating products and platforms for the US, Indian, and or global markets, working alongside some of the most talented and experience product managers and technologists working on the web today.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Oversee all aspects of the development and operation of the product, to achieve the goals for customer engagement and long-term business value for the company.
- Lead the development of the product vision, the integrated view of how the product will serve the needs of the customer while building lasting value for the company. This includes defining the consumer value proposition, mapping the long-term product and business strategy, and planning the development, release, and growth of products.
- Serve as the arbiter of quality, and decision maker around trade-offs between features, resources, and time.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle. conceptualize, prioritize internal requests and requirements, write product specifications, drive product development through close interaction with engineering and related teams, and coordinate with both customers and a dedicated, multi-disciplinary team to deploy product
- Create and maintain an ongoing product roadmap and product schedule for the products infrastructure and APIs
- Build positive relationship and trust with the end-customer through on-time delivery, high quality, continuous innovation, and effective communication
- Interface across the company as the expert on specific domain, platforms and products
- Work closely with various international groups to plan and manage product deliveries to international markets
Desired Profile REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in defining and delivering commercial products, and working across the entire product lifecycle. Experience in delivering to international markets is a plus.
- Extensive experience working closely with multi-disciplinary teams including marketing, engineering, QA and UI design teams to drive product definition and development
- Demonstrated strong capabilities in communicating and presenting domain and technical concepts at all levels of the organization
- Driven team player, collaborator and relationship builder
- Ability to prioritize among many competing alternatives and plans, balance customer needs with business priorities, and articulate the rationale behind decisions
- Software development background is essential. Platform development experience is a plus
- BE required. MS/MBA a plus.
